Chicken and Dumplings

7 or 8 chicken drum sticks
1?3 cup cream or evaporated milk
2 TBS butter
biscuit dough (as desired)
Cook skinless drum sticks in pressure cooker with one inch water at a medium high pressure for 20 minutes or until done.
Removed the stewed chicken from pot and bring water to a boil. Add cream or evaporated milk and butter.
Put chicken back in broth. Drop biscuit dough into pot. Do not stir. Cook until dumplings are finished.
