Chocolate Eclair Pudding

31â�„2 cups skim milk, divided
2 small sugar-free French vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. tub whipped topping
1 small sugar-free chocolate instant pudding
Reduced-fat graham crackers
Mix two cups milk with French vanilla pudding mix and refrigerate until set. Fold in whipped topping.
In another bowl, mix 11â�„2 cups milk with chocolate pudding.
In a 9X12 dish, layer graham crackers on bottom. Spread vanilla pudding mixture over crackers. Layer graham crackers then remainder of vanilla pudding mixture. Then spread chocolate mixture over top.
