Super Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:
  • 40 ounces mixed frozen vegetables (carrots, limas, beans, corn)
  • 20 ounces frozen, finely chopped hash browns
  • 1 pound cooked ground beef
  • 46 ounces tomato juice
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 1/2 tsp. instant beef bullion
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 4 TBS Worchester sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 24 ounces or more water
Mix all ingredients. Heat to just boiling and simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
