Pizza Casserole

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • Sprinkle of garlic powder, oregano and parsley flakes
  • 1 1/2 cups macaroni
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 16 1/2 oz. pizza sauce
  • 1 pack sliced pepperoni
  • 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Brown ground beef with onion, garlic powder, oregano and parsley flakes. Drain.
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and put in large baking dish or pan.
Mix egg and milk and pour over cooked macaroni. Top with American cheese slices.
Mix pizza sauce into ground beef and lay it over macaroni and cheese in pan. Top with pepperoni and Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
