Microwave Caramel Treats

  • 36 caramels
  • 2 TBS milk
  • 1 cup crisp rice cereal
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • Powdered sugar
Place caramels and milk in medium-sized glass bowl and microwave on high power for 1 minute. Remove mixture from microwave and stir. Continue to microwave on high power until caramels are melted, removing the bowl from the microwave and stirring the mixture every 30 seconds.
Add crisp rice cereal, coconut and chopped walnuts to mixture and mix well.
Grease hands and form caramel mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in powdered sugar.
