  • 3 cups sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 7 TBS cocoa, sifted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 pie shells
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake pie shells for 5 minutes.
Mix sugar, salt and cocoa. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in milk, coconut, margarine and vanilla. Pour into pie shells. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until set.
