Meat Loaf

  • 1 lb. deer meat
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 handfuls oatmeal
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix all ingredients well. Form into a loaf shape in loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and drain grease. Serve smothered with ketchup, if desired.
