Pea Salad
Salads

Ingredients:
  • For sauce:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can Le Seur green peas, drained
  • 1 can shoe peg corn, drained
  • 1 small jar pimientos, drained
  • 1 cup green peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
Mix sauce ingredients together. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Let cool. Pour over vegetables and stir. Refrigerate overnight. Drain before serving.
