Barbecue sauce

Ingredients:
  • Liquid ingredients:
  • 8 cups catsup
  • 1 1/2 cups vinegar
  • 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cups tomato juice
  • Dry ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup dry mustard
  • 1/2 TBS red pepper
  • 11?2 TBS black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chili powder
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 TBS garlic powder
  • 1/8 cup salt
  • 1/2 cup dehydrated onion
  • 1/8 cup celery seed
Pour liquid ingredients into a large bowl. Mix dry ingredients together and add them to the liquid. Simmer on low heat for one hour. Let set overnight. Makes 4 quarts.
