Pecan Pie

  • 3 eggs
  • 11/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 cup whole pecans
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
Beat eggs lightly. Add sugar, corn syrup, butter, vanilla and pecans. Mix well and pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
