Bake Chicken Breast

  • 4 chicken breasts, bone in
  • 1 1/2 TBS I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter
  • 1 TBS garlic powder
  • 1 TBS paprika
  • 1 TBS Lawry’s seasoning salt
  • 1 TBS onion powder
  • Black pepper, optional
  • Bacon, optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Clean chicken and wash well. While the chicken is still in the sink, sprinkle dry spices on both sides. Wrap chicken in bacon. Place chicken in pan bone side up. Cook for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven and turn over. Place margarine in pan and cover. Return to oven for two hours. For the last 30 minutes, uncover.
