  • 2 cups natural, organic sugar
  • 1â�„2 cup soy milk
  • 1â�„2 cup soy butter
  • 1â�„2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1â�„2 cups carob
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 cups of oats
Combine sugar, soy milk, soy butter and natural peanut butter. Cook and bring to a boil. Stir constantly for one minute. Take off burner. Add carob, vanilla and oats. Mix well.
Spoon onto waxed paper or tin foil and let set until cool.
