Swiss Chocolate Cake
Contributed by:
  • For the cake:
  • 1 box Swiss chocolate cake mix
  • 1 large box vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • For the icing:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 12 ounce whipped topping
  • 3 plain Hershey chocolate bars, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Make the cake: Beat all ingredients together and pour into three greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees as directed on the cake-mix box.
Make the icing: Cream together cream cheese and sugars. Fold in whipped topping and Hershey bars. Ice between cooled cake layers and on sides of cake. Refrigerate.
