  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 TBS butter
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook ground beef and drain out grease. Add the can of soup to ground beef and mix. Spread the mixture into a 9- by 13-inch baking dish.
Cook vegetables as directed. Spread over ground beef in a layer.
Peel, chop and boil potatoes until tender. Cream potatoes with milk and butter. Spread creamed potatoes over vegetable layer.
Bake for 20 minutes.
