MACARONI AND CHEESE
Vegetables & Side Dishes

Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces uncooked macaroni
  • 12 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • Butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3?4 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 2-quart baking dish.
Cook macaroni and drain. Layer macaroni and cubed cheese in a baking dish until both are used.
In a separate container, beat eggs, milk and salt. Pour egg and milk mixture over macaroni. Bake for 45 minutes.
