  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 6 TBS Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless and skinless chicken breasts
Cook onion in oil until soft on low to medium heat. Stir in ketchup, lemon juice, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Simmer until thick (about 10 minutes).
Place chicken in casserole dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
