Pomegranate Vinaigrette

  • 1/2 cup raspberry wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 to 3 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
In a stainless steel mixing bowl, mix vinegar, sugar, mustard and oregano until well-blended. Add oil in a steady stream while whisking continuously to form a temporary emulsion. Whisk again before serving.
Pour over salad greens and toss lightly
