Elma's Coconut Pie

  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 TBS all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup milk
  • Dash of vanilla
  • Light sprinkling of nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into pie pan (no crust is needed) and bake until firm, about 45 to 60 minutes.
Let cook for 10 to 15 minutes before serving..
