Broccoli casserole
Vegetables & Side Dishes

  • 2 10-oz. pkg. chopped broccoli
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1â�„2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1â�„2 cup cheese, grated
Put broccoli in baking dish. Combine soup, beaten eggs, mayonnaise, chopped onion and salt and pepper. Pour over broccoli and top with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
