  • 1â�„2 cup white sugar
  • 1â�„4 cup water
  • 1â�„2 tsp. coconut extract
  • 1â�„2 tsp. rum extract
  • 1â�„2 tsp. butter flavor extract
  • 1â�„2 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1â�„2 tsp. vanilla extract
Combine all of the ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. After the cake has cooled for 5 minutes but while still in its pan, pour 1�2 of glaze over it. Let sit for another 5 minutes and then turn cake out of pan onto wire rack. Slowly spoon remaining glaze onto top of hot cake. Cool before serving.
