Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredients:
  • 1â�„3 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cup milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 or 3 TBS butter
  • 1 baked pie shell
  • 1 small can of coconut
  • Meringue recipe of choice
Combine flour, sugar and milk in sauce pan and put on low heat, stirring constantly. Add beaten eggs while stirring. When thick, remove from heat and add vanilla, butter and coconut. Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue. Cook 350 degrees until meringue browns.
