Linguine with White Clam Sauce

  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 small can minced clams
  • 1 tsp. sweet basil
  • 1â�„2 tsp. oregano
  • Fat-free grated parmesan cheese
Sauté garlic in olive oil. Add clams (including all juice). Stir. Add sweet basil and oregano. Simmer over medium low heat for 15-20 minutes, adding water if necessary. Serve with spinach salad and garlic bread. Serves 2-3
