CORN PUDDING
Vegetables & Side Dishes

Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 cups cooked corn, cut from cob
  • 2 TBS melted butter
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1â�„8 tsp. pepper
  • 1â�„4 cup sugar
  • dried bread crumbs from 2 slices bread
  • dash vanilla
Combine eggs, corn, butter, milk, salt, pepper and sugar. Pour into a greased 11�2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake in moderate oven (325 degrees) 40-60 minutes or until firm.
