Shrimp cocktail

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 12 oz. ketchup
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 2 TBS chopped cilantro
  • 2 TBS chopped onion
  • 1 avocado, chopped
De-vein and rinse shrimp. Cook, peel and rinse again. Mix shrimp with the rest of ingredients. Chill. Serve in a tall serving dish, with hot sauce and salt crackers on the side. Makes two servings
