1 bundle fresh asparagus
1â�„2 lb. thinly sliced prosciutto
1 red pepper, cut into1â�„2 inch strips wide
Lightly steam 1 bunch of asparagus. Cut red pepper into 1â�„2 inch strips and roast. Wrap 3 to 4 stalks of asparagus with a strip of prosciutto and then wrap with a strip of roasted red pepper. Place wrapped asparagus on a non-stick baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Roast in 370 degree oven for 5 minutes.
