Spaghetti Sauce
Entrees

Ingredients:
  • 6 lbs. fresh, firm, ripe tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 pouch spaghetti sauce mix for 5 pints
Wash tomatoes. Scald 3 minutes in boiling water. Dip into cold waters. Cut out cores and remove skins. Cut into quarters. Blend in a food processor or blender.
