  • 2 lb. broccoli spears
  • 11â�„2 cup orange juice
  • 11â�„2 TBS corn starch
  • 2 packets sweetener
  • 2 TBS butter
Steam, do not boil, broccoli spears until they are cooked enough to be done, but still crisp. Broccoli should be dark green. Mix orange juice, corn starch and sweetener. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add butter. Place sauce in bowl. Spoon desired amount over broccoli.
