Pumpkin bars

  • 4 eggs
  • 12â�„3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1â�„2 cup softened butter
  • 3 ounce tub cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
Combine first four ingredients in bowl. Beat until light. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir into first ingredients. Pour into greased 10x15 inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool.
Cream butter, cream cheese, vanilla and confectioners sugar in bowl until light and fluffy. Spread over pumpkin layer. Cut into bars.
