  • 6 swordfish steaks about 1 inch thick
  • Olive oil
  • 1â�„4 tsp. turmeric
  • 1â�„8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1â�„4 tsp. sweet paprika
Rinse swordfish steaks well under cold water; pat dry. Combine olive oil. Brush fish with the mixture then sprinkle with paprika and turmeric. (Note: Use gloves or utensil to spread turmeric as it will stain your hands yellow.)
Place fish on grill sprayed with nonstick spray over medium coals or grilling basket. Grill over medium coals for about 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
