CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients:
  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 sticks of butter, softened
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup nuts (optional)
Perheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix flour, soda and salt in small bowl. In a larger bowl, beat butter until softened. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes at 375 degrees.
