STRAWBERRY CAKE
Desserts

Ingredients:
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 box strawberry gelatin
  • 1â�„4 cup milk
  • Icing:
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 1 8-ounce package of coconut
  • 1 cup strawberries, drained
  • 1â�„2 cup pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour three cake pans.
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pans and bake for 25 minutes.
Coat each layer with icing (see recipe). Stack layers. Cover the rest of the cake with icing.

For the icing:
Beat butter, adding sugar gradually until fluffy. Fold in the rest of the ingredients.
