Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Duke’s mayo
  • 1-3 shallots, minced (less or more to taste; depends on how big they are)
  • 2 tsp. grated lemon rind
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp, drained capers
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
