  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs (or 4 egg whites)
  • 1 TBS paprika
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder
  • 2 TBS Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 TBS mustard
  • Olive oil
Mix crab meat and breadcrumbs in bowl. Whip eggs and fold into crab mixture. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Chill for an hour.
Heat olive oil in frying pan. Form patties, each a couple of inches in diameter. Sprinkle additional salt on cakes.
