  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1â�„2 cup chopped onion
  • 12 boiled eggs
  • 1â�„2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1â�„2 tsp. salt
  • 1â�„2 tsp. black pepper
Boil chicken breast until well done. Allow the chicken to cool, then shred it in food processor. Process combination of celery, onions and eggs and add to shredded chicken. Then mix in mayonnaise, relish, salt and pepper.
