MILLET PUDDING
Desserts

Ingredients:
  • 11â�„2 cup pineapple juice
  • 3â�„4 cup dried pineapple
  • 1 cup cooked millet
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1â�„8 tsp. salt
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 1â�„3 cup maple syrup
Cook pineapple juice and dried pineapple over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add in rest of ingredients. Refrigerate.
Blend strawberries and syrup together until smooth. Pour over the millet pudding.
