MILLET PUDDING

Ingredients: 11â�„2 cup pineapple juice 3â�„4 cup dried pineapple 1 cup cooked millet 1 cup raw cashews 1 tsp. vanilla 1â�„8 tsp. salt 1 pint fresh strawberries 1â�„3 cup maple syrup
Cook pineapple juice and dried pineapple over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add in rest of ingredients. Refrigerate. Blend strawberries and syrup together until smooth. Pour over the millet pudding.
