Mandarin Butter Cake

  • CAKE:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 11-ounce can mandarin oranges, with juice
  • 4 eggs
  • 1â�„2 cup vegetable oil
  • ICING:
  • 2 8-ounce containers thawed frozen whipped topping
  • 2 packages instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
Mix all cake ingredients together.
Pour into two or three 8-inch greased pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix ingredients for icing.
When cake cools completely, spread icing and assemble cake.
Keep refrigerated.
