MACARONI SALAD
Salads

Ingredients:
  • 8 cups dry macaroni, cooked a drained according to directions
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup red onion, diced
  • 4 TBS fresh dry parsley
  • 2 cups tomatoes
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1â�„2 cup sour cream
  • 1 TBS dry mustard
  • 2 TBS sugar
  • 6 TBS A.C. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 cup pickle cubes
Pour macaroni into a bowl and fold in other ingredients. Mix well.
