STRAWBERRY PIE

Ingredients: Lady fingers 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1â�„3 cup lemon juice 1 point fresh berries, hulled and quartered OR 3-5 ripe peaches 1â�„2 pint whipping cream
Combine milk and juice. Hull and quarter berries, or peel peaches and mash them (draining any juice); add to milk and juice mixture. Whip half of the cream and fold it into the fruit mixture. Split lady fingers in half lengthwise and place them, standing up with cut side in, around the edge of a pie pan and layer them at bottom. Pour the fruit mixture on top. Refrigerate for at least three hours. Before serving, whip the rest of the cream and spread on top.
