4 large eggs, beaten lightly
1â�„4 cup all-purpose flour
1 package creamed spinach, defrosted
2â�„3 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1â�„2 cup milk
1â�„4 cup chopped onion
1â�„4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1â�„4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (9 inch) baked pie crust or 24 mini crusts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In medium bowl, combine eggs and flour until smooth. Add creamed spinach, Swiss cheese, milk, onion, nutmeg, and pepper; stir well to combine. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
