1â�„4 cup mini-marshmallows
1 milk chocolate candy bar or 1â�„4 cup milk chocolate chips
Without unpeeling the banana, sit it upright so it looks like a boat. With knife, starting at stem ends, cut through top peel from one end to the other of the banana so that it forms a pocket to hold ingredients (being careful not to cut all the way through to the other side of the peel). Place marshmallows and chocolate inside the banana peel and wrap the banana in aluminum foil.
Place bananas near the warm part of the fire but not in the flames, or on the grill or coals, for 7-10 minutes until banana is soft and ingredients are melted.
