Stuffed Peppers

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup corn 1 can tomato soup 1 cup fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 lbs. ground chuck
  • 1â�„2 tsp. salt
  • 1â�„2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 TBS sugar
  • 8 large green peppers
Brown ground beef and drain.
Mix all ingredients, except peppers, together.
Boil peppers for 5 minutes.
Cut off top of each pepper and remove seeds and membranes. Stuff each pepper with mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
