1 lb. strawberries
1 fat-free graham cracker crust
or 1 baked low-fat pie shell
4 TBS sugar substitute
1 small packet sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
1 small package sugar-free strawberry gelatin
Wash berries and slice into prepared pie shell. Sprinkle with sugar substitute. Bring vanilla pudding and water to boil. After the mixture comes to a rolling boil, stir in the gelatin. Cool the pudding mixture and pour over the berries. Refrigerate until serving time.
