  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 small package sugar-free lemon gelatin
  • 8 oz. sugar free lemon yogurt
  • 8 oz. fat free frozen topping
  • 1 fat free graham cracker crust
Bring water to a boil. Pour into a small mixing bowl. Whisk gelatin into the water. Add yogurt and stir well. Fold in thawed topping. Pour into crust and let set at least 2 hours or overnight. (The pie also can be made with key lime yogurt and lime gelatin, orange yogurt and orange gelatin, strawberry yogurt and strawberry gelatin, or mixed berry yogurt and mixed berry gelatin.)
