Hot Chocolate tarts
Contributed by:
  • Shells:
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1â�„2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1â�„2 tsp. red pepper
  • Filling:
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 large box chocolate instant pudding
  • 1â�„2 teaspoon red pepper
Shells: Mix well. Press dough into mini tart pans (the recipe will make 48 mini tarts). Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Remove the tarts from the oven. Press the centers in again to form a cup.

Filling: Whip cream until stiff. Add pudding mix and red pepper. Fold together. Use pastry bag to fill tart cups.
Chill and serve.
