SKILLET CORN
Vegetables & Side Dishes

Ingredients:
  • 6 cobs of corn 
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 TBS oil
  • 1 TBS butter
Cut corn kernels off the cob. Into the kernels, mix flour, sugar, water, salt and pepper well. Pour into a pan with very hot oil and butter. Cook on low heat very slowly stirring often as corn has a tendency to stick easily.
