Tangerine-Walnut Toss

  • Head of lettuce, shredded
  • 2 cups tangerine sections
  • 1â�„2 onion, sliced
  • 1â�„3 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 tsp. butter, melted
  • 1â�„4 tsp. salt
  • 1â�„2 cup walnut halves
Combine lettuce, tangerines, onion and dressing; toss together lightly.
Combine butter, salt and walnut halves in skillet over low heat. Stir until walnuts are crisp.
Top salad with walnuts.
