BROCCOLI-CHESSE CORN BREAD

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup minced broccoli
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
   Put butter in iron skillet or baking pan and put in 400-degree oven to melt. Mix all other ingredients. Pour into the iron skillet or baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
