LOW SUGAR CRANBERRY-APPLE RELISH
Vegetables & Side Dishes
1 (12 oz.) bag fresh cranberries
3 TBS sugar
1 to 2 TBS spoonable sugar substitute
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 medium Golden Delicious apples
2 tsp. lemon juice
Rinse and pick over cranberries. In a food processor fitted with a knife blade, pulse cranberries, sugar, 1 TBS sugar substitute and cinnamon until berries are coarsely chopped. Peel, core and chop apples. Add apples into food processor and continue to pulse until mixture is finely chopped. Stir in lemon juice and add additional sugar substitute to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
