Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

  • 1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1â�„2 cup butter, softened
  • 3â�„4 cup confectioners sugar
  • 2 TBS brown sugar
  • 1â�„4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3â�„4 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3â�„4 cup chopped pecans
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Gradually add sugars and vanilla; beat until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. 
Place chilled mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate an additional hour.
Just before serving, roll cheese ball in pecans. Serve with graham cracker sticks and�or chocolate vanilla wafers.
