  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 TBS finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 TBS chopped pimentos
  • 1 TBS mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 6 slices boiled ham
Combine cream cheese, bell pepper, pimiento, mayonnaise and mustard. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each ham slice. Roll up and secure with a wooden pick. Cover and chill.
Before serving, slice each roll into 1�2-inch pieces.
